Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or Saje retail boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our wellness team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
